Wow...A LEED CERTIFIED PLATINUM complex in the heart of West Hollywood located at 751 N Fairfax! The developer ReThink Development has really taken a whole project approach to this build as is evident from their living cool roof which has vegetation on the 360 degree view of all of Los Angeles. After speaking with him for a minute at the open house I was excited to find out that there is a large push for green buildings in Los Angeles starting with this beautiful complex of Lofts, Townhomes and Penthouses.
