The 2009 NAR Realtor Expo, held in San Diego this weekend was filled with amazing speakers, top producers and new products & services. The best part (besides all of the discounts on services and products) was the level of advancement in technology that is going to be driving the real estate market. From Boopsie to eneighborhoods to solar powered rider illumination, there were a plethora of applications, websites, resources and services that will allow Green World Realty to be able to service Glendale Real Estate more efficiently and from any location any time! My favorite app was Boopsie which could be used by your iphone or Blackberry. With a push of a button this app downloads your location and then retrieves all the listings from the area you type in and the client's requests (4 bedroom, pool, doggy door, etc.). Then with another push of the button you can send the list to the phone of your client and they have the listing right at their fingertips to browse, view and criticize! Bravo to Newport Beach based Boopsie.
